Management of quality control and assurance, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection (HSEQ) is one of the specialized fields and missions of the company, providing the necessary grounds for the establishment of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems, and the implementation of structured regulations in a manner that enhances the qualitative and quantitative levels of activities and aligns with their expansion.<\/p>

Ensuring that all projects are executed in such a way that occupational health and safety principles based on national and international standards are observed. Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>


1- Establishing, creating, and enhancing the quality management system in projects according to the contractual requirements.
2- Controlling, directing, expediting, and following up on inspection operations for purchased goods with all project equipment manufacturers.
3- Controlling and policy-making for quality control (QC) operations in the construction and installation units at sites.
4- Supervising and preparing resources for the proper implementation of quality procedures, including execution methods for quality control in construction and installation.
5- Defining the scope of work considering general and specific technical specifications of the contract, and preparing related execution methods and procedures based on Technical Criteria and reference standards in contract technical documents.
6- Reviewing procurement requirements regarding inspection, including receiving and finalizing.
7- Coordinating with engineering and project management to finalize inspection documents.
8- Approving QC\/QA procedures prepared by subcontractors.
9- Preparing and organizing procedures for the circulation of QA\/QC forms.
10- Reviewing and facilitating subcontractors\u2019 capabilities in QA\/QC.
11- Reviewing and approving the credentials of subcontractors in QA\/QC.
12- Preparing and reviewing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and updating it to match current project conditions and requirements.
13- Identifying bottlenecks and issues related to applied standards in activities and referring them to engineering management along with necessary suggestions for resolution.
14- Supervising the execution of related activities at project sites to ensure compliance with defined execution methods and standard procedures.
15- Planning quality control operations at equipment manufacturing sites.
16- Preparing and recording all quality control reports.
17- Preparing quality clauses of company contracts with employers and second-tier subcontractors, and collaborating on contract reviews and amendments.
18- Preparing and enhancing quality procedures, such as welding visual inspection instructions, dimensional inspections, and conducting NDT tests (penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, radiography).
19- Preparing welding procedures.
20- Preparing welding plate tests and conducting destructive tests to determine mechanical properties of weld seams.
21- Testing welders to certify their qualification.
22- Completing nonconformance reports and resolving them.
23- Making timely decisions and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of nonconformance reports.
24- Providing technical suggestions to manufacturers to resolve potential production defects when necessary.
25- Setting audit programs and conducting periodic audits on projects, reporting activities and required corrective and preventive actions to project management.
26- Establishing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2000 standards.
27- Collaborating with company managers to review, amend, and publish the quality policy according to company needs and ensuring that all employees at all levels are aware of their role in implementing the quality system.
28- Organizing internal quality audit activities across the company and its projects to ensure activities are conducted according to standards and corrective actions are effective.
29- Participating in management review meetings and collaborating in decision-making to prevent nonconforming product occurrence.
30- Controlling company quality documents, organizing distribution, control, and maintenance activities.
31- Supervising and collaborating in the preparation and review of HSE management program instructions.
32- Supervising and collaborating in preparing all HSE documents and procedures and presenting them to relevant authorities.
33- Supervising periodic inspections, evaluations, and audits of organizational units and reporting them.
34- Planning inspections, evaluations, and audits of organizational units.
35- Providing appropriate solutions and preventive actions to resolve HSE problems.
36- Reviewing and evaluating accident reports and taking measures to prevent recurrence along with providing necessary recommendations.
37- Planning necessary cooperation with engineering and project management to ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards in projects.
38- Collaborating and coordinating to prepare the list of unit needs in alignment with assigned tasks.
39- Supervising the preparation of HSE department work programs and providing control methods.
40- Issuing final technical opinions on protective and safety equipment.
41- Controlling and giving opinions regarding HSE matters in subcontractor contracts.
42- Collaborating and coordinating regarding the management of HSE programs related to projects.
43- Managing risk potentials and their impacts.
44- Implementing human factors engineering designs.
45- Assessing operational hazards in process units.
46- Performing hazard analyses.
